• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• All content, branding, and code on MinySite are the property of Sidd Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not duplicate, copy, modify, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Termination

• MinySite may suspend or terminate your access if you violate any part of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted permanently.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of MinySite.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
