2. Refund Policy

  • Digital Nature: As MinySite is a digital SaaS platform, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Free Trial: Users are encouraged to try the free version of MinySite before upgrading.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases (e.g., technical failure on our part) and are evaluated individually. Contact support@minysite.com with details.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Account Deletion

  • You may request permanent deletion of your account by contacting support@minysite.com.
  • Account deletion will remove all associated content and data, and cannot be reversed.
