MinySite offers both digital services (e.g. website, digital cards, WhatsApp stores) and physical products (e.g. NFC-enabled smart cards). Delivery modes differ based on your selected plan or purchase.

2. Digital Activation Timeline

• Access to MinySite digital features begins immediately after successful payment and account setup.
• Premium features, domain mapping, or custom installations may take up to 24–48 hours.

3. NFC Card Shipping Policy

• Physical NFC cards are dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
• You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
• Delivery times depend on your location:
• India: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days (may vary due to customs)
• Shipping partners: BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, or other trusted couriers.

4. Shipping Charges

• Domestic shipping charges are included in most plans unless stated.
• International orders may include additional shipping and customs charges, shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Channels

• Digital services are delivered via dashboard or email.
• Physical products are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

6. Delivery Failures

• MinySite is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, absence, or payment failures.
